Residential properties close by are filling in rapidly. Several hundred new upscale homes that are less than one mile from the StarCenter are planned for in 2019. The area’s retail and service options lag while relative wealth and disposable income levels continue to rise. Market surveys have indicated significant “leakage” from our township to surrounding communities.*

Site study by Viridis Group
This design from Viridis Group suggests a retail site condominium with water retention on site creating wildlife pathways offering a natural quiet space behind the street walls of buildings facing out. The portion of land south of the easement is well suited for higher density residential or office use. We intend to preserve as many trees as we can.
